Terms of Use

1. The platform Jobazaar provides an online market place available, which can be used to offer or sell any kind of work and services ("jobs"), which do not confront these terms of use or legal regulations. Jobazaar exclusively serves as marketing surface (mediator). For the contracts closed between people who offer jobs and those who actually do them Jobazaar functions as a not-contracting party and transfers no adhesion, responsibility or somehow constituted obligations in the relationship offerer/buyer.

2. The service of Jobazaar can be used only after previous online registration. A requirement on admission does not exist. A registration may take place only during majority and/or agreement of the educate-entitled and only from legal and without reservation competent persons. During the registration all data are to be given complete and truthful. Later changes must be communicated in writing. The user can select a user name and a password during the registration. The password has to be kept secret. It is forbidden to deliver for own jobs under another user name applications. User accounts cannot be transferred to other users. The user is responsible for its data during the use of the market surface. In particular it has to make certain that it does not use rights third hurt and no expressions, which are against the good customs. The use contract can be quit on the part of the user at any time. Jobazaar can inactivate, quit and delete a user account at any time. With offence against regulations in these guidelines an immediate blockage of the user, its e-mail address and/or its IP can take place. A closed user may not use the market surface after a blockage no more.

3. A system of evaluation for offerers of jobs and applicants exists to evaluations around abuse within the market surface. The user is stopped to make evaluations in principle truthfully and deliberated. Common, insulting or also reviling, racist, sexist and criminally forbidden entries are to be omitted. Also in evaluations no rights of third parties may be hurt. Only evaluations may be delivered over other users, not over itself. The evaluation may do as article only the job, which offerers of the job and/or the applicant or the work and/or service contain, on which it refers. Jobazaar is justified to remove incorrect evaluations.

4. It is not permitted to create jobs which offend against legal regulations or against the good customs. Moreover, one it is not permitted to use the platform in the sense of a stock exchange for illegal occupation contacts or illegal occupations. The responsibility for the adherence to this obligation exclusively is with the offerer and buyer - in no case and under no circumstances in somehow constituted direct or indirect form with Jobazaar. Offers, which offend against valid right or this terms of use, can be deleted by Jobazaar at any time without previous notification.

5. The users exempts Jobazaar from any requirements, which are made valid opposite Jobazaar by its working third or other users. If necessary the user takes over all costs of a relevant legal procedure. It is not permitted to affect or disturb the function of the market place somehow. All side contents may not be copied or printed without agreement. Jobazaar cannot guarantee the constant availability of the market surface at each time. All marks or label name possibly mentioned on the part of Jobazaar belong to their owners. If one of the specified regulations should be ineffective, then it is to be accepted that a if possible which is obvious regulation is meant, which is as corresponding as possible. Contents published on the sides of Jobazaar are therefore displayed without guarantee for correctness, completeness, or one otherwise like constituted guarantee. With the use of the offer the user explains his agreement with the regulations specified on this side and confirms that he will keep free the operators of Jobazaar of any liability claims, to indirect or direct kind. We point out expressly that the abuse of the singular possibilities of the employment agency of Jobazaar is not permitted. For the adherence to the respective legal defaults the appropriate offerers of jobs and/or the applicants are responsible excluding. Jobazaar can be made liable for this platform in no case for a deliberate abuse (illegal occupations). Abuse messages can be send with the subject "ABUSE" to abuse@jobazaar.co.uk.

6. We will store data internally and for internal data processing. We do not publish your e-mail address, with the following exceptions: The people who offers a job and selects you gets your e-mail address and the one you select if you offered a job and are closing it gets your e-mail address.
